1. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information.

In order to use certain present and planned services provided on the Site, such as our customized sales and events, weekly e-mail newsletters (collectively the “Site Services”), or participate in some contests or promotions, you will be required to register with the mall web site. In order to register, you must provide certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, address and email address, as well as other nonessential data such as your gender, marital status and number of children, on a page that will request such information (“Registration Profile Page”).
